Miriam Bonny Callau, that is the name of the owner and her husband, he tries, really he does but still he does help more over he doesn't count!!! Bonny Callau thinks that she still is in Peru, she thinks that she can run business as she was in her country. When we moved in she promised to paint and fix some other things, after a while, she declined everything. When I signed the lease agreement she claimed herself as owners legal representative but, when something broke in the property it was no one's responsability. The property was a dream but her presence made it dark, no to speak about her poor professional skills and deficient interaction manners. Multiple times the owner and I after talking about different situations that normally happen in a property leased just didn't undertand how complicated she was. I am taking the time to do this just to avoid someone else my bad experiense. Stay away, or just be prepare to experience how mediocre only mediocre people does business in Peru.
